was presented as a virtual event,

Community professionals and advocates will be speaking about and bringing awareness to the importance of health, economic/financial, and mental wellness to all.
Those in attendance were able to participate in the conversations and ask questions and get feedback from the speakers.

The Mahogany Project 2021
was presented as a hybrid event, virtual and in person
Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 7:30 to 8:30 am
Entrepreneur speakers spoke about the importance of financial wellness, which is an important component to achieving health and mental wellness.
Those in attendance were able to participate in the conversations and ask questions and get feedback from the speakers.

was presented as a
"Virtual Wellness Summit"
Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 1:00 to 3:00
Virtually Black/African American male speakers from the community :
-
bought awareness of mental health/wellness; and
-
the importance of safety during the coronavirus crisis; and
-
resources to Minority Mental Health Providers were provided.
These speakers shared their inspirational stories, experiences, coping skills, workable strategies, encouragement to seek help, and resources for achieving mental health/wellness.
Those in attendance were able to participate in the conversations and ask questions and get feedback from the speakers.

Virtually Black/African American male speakers from the community :

bought awareness of mental health/wellness; and

the importance of safety during the coronavirus crisis; and
-
resources to Minority Mental Health Providers were provided.

Another Life Foundation hosted a table at the Recovery Support Resource Fair. This resource fair gave us an opportunity to share information about our programs with participants of the 4th Judicial District Problem Solving Courts and other individuals from the public.

Voices for Hope- Community Gathering Event
Saturday, December 1, 2018, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
This community gathering event focused on:

bringing awareness to mental health,
-
improving access to health services, and
-
promoting wellness.
This event featured minority public speakers, and health professionals.
They discussed various topics, including, but not limited to;
-
healthy living options, and
-
inspiration to those living with mental illness.
Mental health resources will also be available.
There was a raffle for products and services from local businesses.
